Transforming lives. Together.

What We Do

THRIV3 does a lot. But the idea behind it is simple: build skills, jobs and opportunity in rural and remote communities, and pay for it by running our own businesses - so the value we create stays with the people and Country we serve.

THRIV3 in one minute

Three things to understand, and the rest makes sense

Everything THRIV3 does - every program, pool, ranger crew, training course and app - fits into this simple loop.

1

We run programs

Youth leadership, culture and dance, ranger crews caring for Country, emergency services cadetships, paddling expeditions and community events. Most are free for community.

2

We run businesses and services

Aquatic centres, training and qualifications, digital products and professional services. This fee-for-service work earns the income that keeps THRIV3 standing on its own feet.

3

Every dollar goes back in

Every surplus is reinvested into more programs, more jobs and more qualifications for the communities we serve.

The ecosystem

A cycle, not a straight line

The output of one activity becomes the input of the next. Take any part out and the rest weakens. Run them together and the whole thing grows.

Train

Step 1 of 5

Everything starts with skills. THRIV3 trains local people through accredited courses, traineeships and hands-on learning, so the capability lives in community rather than with outside contractors.

In practice:A Trangie local completes first aid, a white card and outdoor leadership training through THRIV3.

Train · Deliver · Learn · Share · Reinvest - then it starts again, stronger. Tap a step to explore it.

Who we serve

For community. For all.

THRIV3 is an Aboriginal Controlled Organisation, but it is not only for First Nations people. We serve everyone in rural, regional and remote communities across Australia - First Nations and non-First Nations, young people and Elders, families and organisations.

We are culturally grounded in Wiradjuri Country in central New South Wales, and we walk respectfully with all Nations. The roots are deep, and the reach is wide.

Grounded in Trangie, NSW

Living and working in the communities we serve.

Youth and at-risk youth

Identity, confidence and real pathways forward.

Community organisations

Governance, systems and capability that lasts.
